Introduction
Into the Emerald Dream marks the beginning of a new year in Hearthstone, so it's officially the year of the Raptor now! Cards released in 2023 are out of Standard, and the new set brought us 145 new cards.
As usual, a few new decks popped up, and the meta has changed considerably. The three decks we'll show you today don't only play cards from Into the Emerald Dream, but they have the biggest win rates in the meta according to HSReplay (accessed on April 3rd, 2025).
Let's see them!
Armor Demon Hunter
Armor Demon Hunter plays more cards from the new set than the other two lists we'll show you today. The idea behind this list is to activate as many Deathrattles as you can with cards like Ravenous Felhunter, Carnivorous Cubicle, Return Policy, and many others.

The "Armor" part of it revolves around its main Deathrattle minion, Arkonite Defense Crystal, as its ability gives you armor.

Win Condition
This list is similar to classic Control Warrior lists that win by exhausting enemy resources. It is also extremely difficult to beat once you get a lot of armor.
In the last few rounds, your opponent will run out of resources, while you'll still have cards like The Exodar, Kil'jaeden, and The Ceaseless Expanse to play.

Mulligan
The best opening hand for this list needs Tuskpiercer and Grim Harvest as card draw, and Arkonite Defense Crystal, the most important card in the entire list.

If you're against an aggressive deck and need to deal with the enemy board as soon as possible, Shattershard Turret is also a valid choice.

Location Warlock
Location Warlock, as the name suggests, centers around locations, namely Spawning Pool, Ultralisk Cavern, and Horizon's Edge. By the way, Seaside Giant is a big minion you'll be able to play for less mana than usual because of all these locations.

You can also use Death Knight cards in this list because of Summoner Darkmarrow's keyword.

These locations might be your main focus, but this list also plays a few Deathrattle interactions. For instance, Summoner Darkmarrow doubles Deathrattle effects, so it's great with Ultralisk Cavern and these Deathrattle minions.

Another mechanic this list features is Zerg cards. Two of the main locations are Zerg cards, and this list also plays Consume and Nydus Worm. These two will keep you alive throughout the game, either giving you life or adding more resources to your hand.

Because Spawning Pool gives you a few Zerglings, Kerrigan, Queen of Blades is essential in this list.

Win Condition

This is another slow deck that doesn't play a single card as a win condition. Instead, you'll win by exhausting enemy resources.
Nonetheless, control lists do play expensive, powerful minions that often decide the outcome of the match in the last turns, like Seaside Giant and The Ceaseless Expanse.

Mulligan
Rotheart Dryad is essential in your opening hand and is already useful on turn 1, as it draws cards.

Putting your minions in play straight away is also an interesting strategy. I recommend you keep your two cheapest minions in your opening hand.

If you're worried about enemy threats, you can build a better board with Dreadhound Handler and Travel Agent.

Zerg Token Hunter
The best deck in Hearthstone nowadays has a 64.79% win rate. Zerg Token Hunter stands out because it puts many minions in play incredibly fast, either with Extraterrestrial Egg's, Workhorse's, and other minions' Deathrattles, or Wound Prey's effects and Zerg cards like Kerrigan, Queen of Blades.

AoE buffs are even more powerful in this list, so it plays Evolution Chamber, R.C. Rampage, and Zilliax Deluxe 3000 with the Pylon and Ticking modules. It also plays this single card from Into the Emerald Dream: Amphibian's Spirit.

Win Condition
This list's win condition isn't a single card, but rather the combination of certain minions and buffs. If you play these combos right, you'll have a large and incredibly powerful board that can easily kill your opponent.
The most expensive cards, like Kerrigan, Queen of Blades and Zilliax Deluxe 3000 are critical. Focus on playing big minions first, though.

Mulligan
Don't look for AoE buffs before you find a way to build your board. I strongly recommend you look for Spawning Pool, Extraterrestrial Egg, and Zergling before you get any buffs.

Keeping Terrorscale Stalker to activate an Extraterrestrial Egg's Deathrattle is also interesting.

Final Words
Zerg might still be very popular in the meta, but some cards from Into the Emerald Dream have clearly found some space in these lists and made them even more powerful.
